A to be list #happiness
On my To Be List are: Joy, Peace/ Calm, Love, Purpose, No anger, No thoughts, No self, No craving. The latter 4 can be replaced with one word – Empty.

New mantra. No thoughts.
I have recently tried this new technique. It helps to manage anxiety, over thinking (rumination), excessive worrying and instantly returns you to the present. All you do is stop thinking.
