My guide to happiness – this is what it ultimately boils down to

This is a big post for me. I wanted to summarise everything I learned about happiness. I attempted to distill it to a couple of words, concepts. It took years to get here. It took some thinking, time and several versions. But ultimately this is what it boils down to for me:

I’ll expand on this later. Thoughts?

I had to say goodbye to a good friend of mine. After so many years it was time to be honest, accept what is and let go. I did it with love and from my heart. It felt right. It was nerve racking but I am happy I did it. I think I was already applying this model in practice and it helped.

  2. Great image, I definitely think that ultimate happiness comes from action of going and and doing/getting want you want from/in life!
