This may be one of those things that everyone is aware of and I am late to the party for 😊 I have seen Mind Valley ads before on YouTube but always assumed that it was some sort of scam. However, this time what the man on the screen, Jeffrey Allen, was saying actually made sense, appealed and I was intrigued.

Universe works in mysterious ways. I wanted to learn energy work for quite some time but didn’t expect to see it in a Youtube ad 😊 I attended a free masterclass (sign up here) and it was so good that I signed up for the Duality programme. I paid around £80 and completed it in a month.

Jeffrey teaches key energy management techniques (blocks clearing, energy protection, recharging, etc), chakra healing and alignment, intuitive work (e.g., making decisions) and energetic manifesting. The key takeaways for me are techniques on how to instantly rebalance (ground myself), clear my energy blocks and others’ unwanted energy, protect my energy (as an empath) and recharge. Recommend ❤️
