This is the best, cheapest therapy you will ever get – just watch the below. And then whenever you start worrying/ obsessing/ thinking what if/ being afraid/ being anxious/ overthinking/ <add another negative activity here>, just remind yourself of this 2-word advice, smile, and move on to more positive thoughts. Ta-da! As easy as that. I can not stop laughing every time I watch this video. Enjoy!
