Thinking back, I worked through a lot of issues over the years. I worked on fears and worries, negative thinking and not living in the present, over reacting and not seeing a big picture, over thinking and inventing parallel realities in my head , and recently resisting temptations and letting things go.
It’s not easy. In fact, it’s very hard. Writing poetry helps somewhat. Meditation helps. Blogging. Talking to friends. Not much else really. So this quote was spot on and this is why I am sharing it. Have you mastered these 3 qualities, especially letting go gracefully?
Let it go. If it comes back, then it was meant to be. If not, it was never yours in the first place.
