Strategies For Happiness: Simplification

20131103-082650.jpg

I love mornings like this. When the morning air is crisp and full of possibilities. When you wake up grateful for having another day and full of energy to make things happen, and hope, and in general are unstoppable. When you want to get things done.

This image and quote from The Happiness Project summed it up really well for me this morning. Sparkling star and a melting snowflake indeed.

In terms of strategies for happiness, I noticed that I have used simplification a lot lately. I love simplification. I started doing things in 3s, eg I only look at 3 links when I search for or research something – it allows me to avoid analysis paralysis and saves a lot of time.

Simpler is happier. Try this strategy out. Simplify something. Then share with us here in the comments.
