In astrology, today is a very special day for cardinal signs (Capricorn, Aries, Cancer, Libra) — Pluto graduation. I’ll let the amazing AstroTwins summarise what’s going on:

• Meditate twice (I currently follow Self-Realization Fellowship practice)
• Walk in nature (in the park on my way back from the gym)
• Journal/ reminisce about the past 16 years — what I learned, what I am leaving behind, what I plan next
